More Than Just a Workout

Middle school is loud. We give them a quiet place to build strength.

If your teen slouches through the day, lives in their hoodie, or disappears into a phone when things get awkward, you’re not alone.

This 6-week challenge gives them something solid to stand on: a structured place to push themselves, build strength, and practice staying calm when things get stressful—without you having to nag.

On our mats, teens learn to:

  • Stand tall and hold eye contact
  • Use their voice clearly
  • Manage adrenaline under stress
  • Win and lose with respect

What This Challenge Builds

Real Confidence

Not “I’m fine” on repeat, but the kind that comes from getting taken down, getting back up, and seeing they can handle it.

Emotional Control

Breathing, posture, and decision-making when someone is grabbing, resisting, or trying to pin them.

Strong Posture

Core strength, grip, balance, and movement that carry over into other sports (and how they walk down the hallway).

Who is this for?

Perfect for teens (10-15) who are too old for the “little kid” class but need positive structure.

You’ll pick your two main days. If life happens, make-ups are simple and expected.

How the First Day Works

Reserve Spot

Claim a place in the Teens Challenge so we can plan partners and welcome your teen by name.

Arrive Early

Arrive 10 minutes early. Comfy clothes, water bottle, bare feet. We’ll introduce the coach and show them where to line up.

Learn Basics

They’ll learn how to bow in, stay safe, and exactly what to do if they feel overwhelmed. No guessing.
