Kids are ages 5–9, teens are ages 10–17, and adults are 18+. Kids and teens share the 5 PM Youth + Teen class; “Kids” and “Teens” describe the student profile, not separate class hours. Sandy adjusts partners, the starting problem, choices, and resistance inside the room. Placement may vary based on size, maturity, experience, and family schedule.
Both youth profiles enroll in the shared Youth 12-week program product; the product does not create separate Kids and Teen class hours.
