Show-Up Kit
Your first-visit checklist depends on who is starting. Adults begin with a short First Visit; kids and teens arrive early for safety and may train that day.
Start calm. Train smart. Adults begin with a conversation and studio visit; youth and teen visitors review safety before their selected class and may train that day.
Park. Head upstairs. Meet Sandy. See the room. Map your starting plan. Leave knowing the next step.
Normal clothes, your calendar or schedule questions, and a quick text if plans change.

Booked Youth Intro + Class?
This is the specialized path where first visit happens immediately before one coached class.
Where To Go
We're on the second floor. Enter through the main door and follow the signs upstairs.
Your first visit
Adult First Visits are not training. Youth First Visits may continue directly into class. Sandy helps you understand the room, your goals, and the class that fits.
Arrive, settle in, and ask the questions that matter to your goals and schedule.
Sandy shows you where class happens and explains the basic safety expectations in plain language.
Discuss goals, weekly rhythm, comfort, and any training limitation that should shape the first class.
Sandy recommends and schedules the coached first class afterward, without pressure.
Door To Studio
During first visit, Sandy shows you where class happens. On training day, this is the path you will take onto the mat.
