Before you leave

  • Arrive 10 minutes early.
  • Wear athletic clothes (no zippers).
  • Bring water.
  • Use Main Street parking and take stairs to the 2nd floor studio.
  • Finish the waiver (~2 minutes).

Athletic clothes are perfect

No gear needed day one. Wear athletic clothes. We'll help you with a gi plan after your first visit.

Clean mats, controlled rounds, Beginner Lane = no hard sparring on day one.
