Can I start from my current fitness level?
Yes. Your first visit is paced so you can learn the room, safety rules, and basic movement comfortably.
What kind of training happens in the first class?
Your first class is skill-first. You’ll learn safety, tapping, beginner-paced drills, and how the room flows before adding more intensity over time.
What should adults wear to a first class?
Wear clean athletic clothes you can move in, such as a fitted shirt and shorts or leggings without zippers. Bring a gi if you already have one. If you are starting fresh, come simple and we will guide you before class.
What happens after the Free Intro?
Most adults choose the 12-week Core Culture track after their first visit because it gives them structure, consistency, and a clear training rhythm.
