Your first class is skill-first. You’ll learn safety, tapping, beginner-paced drills, and how the room flows before adding more intensity over time.
What should adults wear to a first class?
Wear clean athletic clothes you can move in, such as a fitted shirt and shorts or leggings without zippers. Bring a gi if you already have one. If you are starting fresh, come simple and we will guide you before class.
What happens after the Free Intro?
Most adults choose the 12-week Core Culture track after their first visit because it gives them structure, consistency, and a clear training rhythm.
