Starting Jiu-Jitsu requires trust. Your first 12-Week Core Culture Program includes our 30-Day Confidence Guarantee.
Who qualifies
The guarantee applies to each student’s first Youth or Adult Core Culture term.
What you need to do
- Attend at least four small-group classes during the first 30 calendar days of your program.
- Text Sandy within those first 30 calendar days if the program is not the right fit.
- Give us the opportunity to adjust your schedule, small-group class lane, partner matching, or starting plan.
Your refund
If you still prefer to leave, we will refund the amount paid for your first Core Culture program term in full.
What is not included
The guarantee does not apply to renewed Core Culture terms, annual plans, visitor passes, vacation passes, class packs, private coaching, merchandise, or optional add-ons.
