We’ll help you choose the right class, partner environment, and starting pace. Meet Sandy, see the room, and take the next step without needing experience.
Goal Mapping is a short conversation about why you’re here, what your week looks like, and what first class makes sense. Normal clothes are fine; no workout is required. This appointment does not obligate you to enroll.
You do not need to know jiu-jitsu on day one. Sandy gives you the problem and the safety rule. Your job is to listen, keep working at an appropriate pace, and take care of your partner. You are treated like a beginner, not an inconvenience.

Core Culture Schedule & Rescheduling
Each standard enrollment includes three planned classes per week (up to 36 scheduled classes over 12 weeks). Students select three recurring home-class reservations to keep training consistent and manage room capacity.
If your availability changes during a week, we offer open-seat rescheduling by text. Rescheduling depends on space and partner fit in that session. Text Sandy directly to check open seats.
