We'll show you around and answer questions. Parents are welcome to watch and meet the instructor.

Learn safety basics

Simple, age-appropriate safety & etiquette. Training partners learn through cooperation and shared progress.

Patient first class

Join the 5:00 PM class with a coach by their side. Your first visit features guided, controlled partner work.

Comfortable athletic clothes are enough for the Free Intro. We help with the rest when you arrive.
