Teen Jiu-Jitsu for Confidence, Discipline, and Composure.
Coached training that builds physical skill, healthy friendships, and problem-solving. Beginner-friendly. Parents can watch. We notice when they show up, and we notice when they don't. We provide a space where they are seen, challenged at their level, and guided as individuals.
We'll show you around and answer questions. Parents are welcome to watch and meet the instructor.
