Teen Jiu-Jitsu for Confidence, Discipline, and Composure.

Coached training that builds physical skill, healthy friendships, and problem-solving. Beginner-friendly. Parents can watch. We notice when they show up, and we notice when they don't. We provide a space where they are seen, challenged at their level, and guided as individuals. Teens classes serve ages 10-17. Placement may vary based on size, maturity, experience, and family schedule.

Meet Sandy

Meet Sandy for 15 minutes to map your teen's goal, weekly schedule, and training plan. Parents can ask questions and see how the room works.

Safety walkthrough

We explain tapping, partner rules, and how coached resistance starts at the right pace. Teens learn through cooperation and shared progress.

First small-group class

Your teen joins the Youth + Teen small-group class with coach guidance. They will practice safe falling, learn positional control, and work cooperatively with partners at a calm, controlled pace.

Clear path forward

We recommend the right next class rhythm so your teen has structure, consistency, and a clear training plan.

2. Start with the Youth + Teen Small-Group Class

Youth + Teen Classes · Ages 5–17
Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 5:00–6:00 PM Gi
Wednesday: 5:00–6:00 PM No-Gi
Progress at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable. Small-group classes create more coaching, personal attention, and a repeatable weekly training rhythm.
Optional Saturday No-Gi
Saturday is an adult-led class. Selected youth and teen students may attend with Sandy’s approval based on maturity, size, experience, partner availability, and the day’s training plan.
