Youth small-group class · Ages 5–17 · Tannersville, NY
A calm after-school martial arts class where kids and teens move, focus, reset, and build confidence.
Parent Fit
Parents drop students off and pick them up after training. The first step is to reserve a Free Intro for your child to tour the studio and try a class.
School ends. Energy is high. The evening still needs rhythm.
Jiu-Jitsu gives kids a simple pattern: arrive, breathe, move, listen, practice, partner safely, review, and leave proud.
The goal is calm confidence: better focus, better body control, and a stronger sense of belonging.
Students practice listening, following steps, and staying with a task.
They build wins through safe reps, coaching, and steady progress.
They learn how to move with a partner using care and control.
Movement before dinner helps the day reset with structure.
Students come in, take off shoes, get settled, and shift out of school mode.
Simple movement drills help loosen hips, backs, shoulders, and legs.
We teach one clear idea at a time so kids can remember it.
Students work with a partner under close coaching. Safety and kindness come first.
We end with a simple review so students know what they learned.
