The Adults 6-Week Grand Slam Challenge is the dedicated adult version of our Grand Slam program. It is designed to get beginners ready safely.
(Note: Most students start with this 6-week program to build a foundation, then transition into our ongoing training for the long haul.)
When you’re ready for the long haul, we roll you into a simple membership or the Black Belt Track (24–48 weeks) so you can lock in a better rate and keep a guaranteed spot.
We work on real skills—staying calm, escaping bad positions, and controlling a bigger person without striking. You’ll get a sweat that actually relieves stress instead of adding to it.

Schedule & Rhythm
Consistency is key. Most adults train 2–3 times a week, but you choose the days that fit your life. Tannersville Schedule:

*Kingston options also available Mon/Thu/Sat.
Wednesday adult classes are No-Gi (rashguard and shorts/leggings).

First class is free, then the full 6 weeks is $270 total if you stay.

We Have Jobs in the Morning: We train hard, but we protect our partners. Reckless training is not tolerated.

How The First Day Works
Reserve Your Spot
Claim a place in the Grand Slam Challenge so we can plan the session and welcome you properly.
Arrive 10 Mins Early
Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. We’ll give you a quick tour, handle the waiver, and check in on any injuries or worries.
Step on the Mat
We’ll pair you with a senior student who will guide you through the warm-up and your first techniques.

Do I need to be flexible?
No. We start with simple movements and you only go as far as your body allows.
What if I have an old injury?
Tell us before class and we’ll give you gentle options or skip anything that isn’t right for you.
