Your first step

Build a Training Plan You Can Keep

Meet Sandy for a calm Goal Mapping visit. Sandy will map your goal, weekly schedule, and training history, then match you with the right small-group class.

1. Share your goal

Confidence, fitness, focus, practical skill, stress relief, or a family routine.

2. Map the weekly rhythm

Compare your real schedule with the best youth, teen, adult, or private coaching option.

3. Set the first visit plan

Sandy will recommend the right starting day and simplest path toward consistent training. This general path books Goal Mapping first and schedules the coached class afterward. The specialized youth path can request Goal Mapping and class during the same visit.

The general Goal Mapping visit uses normal clothes and requires no workout. The specialized youth path includes 20-minute early arrival in clean athletic clothing; adults receive lane-specific guidance.

Core Culture Schedule & Rescheduling

Each standard enrollment includes three planned classes per week (up to 36 scheduled classes over 12 weeks). Students select three recurring home-class reservations to keep training consistent and manage room capacity.

If your availability changes during a week, we offer open-seat rescheduling by text. Rescheduling depends on space and partner fit in that session. Text Sandy directly to check open seats.
