- Does Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu require equipment?

Yes—gi rentals available; rash guards encouraged.
We offer gi rentals for $5 and branded full uniforms for purchase. Please wear fresh, clean clothes. A water fountain is available—bring a bottle—and kindly wear flip-flops off the mat. - May visitors wear their own Gi?

Yes—please wear a blank, non-branded gi.
If you don’t have one, our academy gi is available for a $5 rental fee. - Do you offer MMA classes?

- I forgot my belt; may I train without a belt?

Please train with a complete uniform—contact us if needed.
Let us know ahead of time and Sensei Sandy will make accommodations when possible. - Must I wear a rash guard under my Gi?

Not required—form-fitting undergarments are encouraged.
Branded academy rash guards are available for pre-order if you’d like one. - I travel for work often—what can I do?
