Yes. This is built for first-timers: controlled pace, clear structure, and coached rounds. You won’t be thrown into chaos.

Do I need to be “in shape” first?

No. Training is how you get in shape. We scale intensity and guide you toward the safest frequency for your body.

Am I going to get hurt?

Any sport has risk, but this immersion is engineered to reduce it: coached rounds, fundamentals, and a beginner-safe ramp. Your job is to communicate and train within your comfort zone.

What do I wear? Do I need gear?

Your premium gi is included. For under the gi, wear athletic shorts/leggings and a t-shirt or rashguard. Bring water. That’s it.
